Reflection:

Stillness is not always easy in a world that rushes and demands our attention. Yet Psalm 46:10 reminds us that silence is sacred — it is the space where God’s presence becomes clear. When we quiet our hearts, we discover that His voice is not drowned out by noise but revealed in peace.
The bowed bird statue is a picture of humility and rest. Just as the bird pauses, we too are invited to pause, to breathe, and to remember that God is in control. In the silence, He heals our weary thoughts and renews our strength. Today, let us practice being still — not as an escape, but as an act of trust in the One who holds all things.

Daily Prayer for Today - December 3

Lord, please forgive me of my sins; and help me quiet the rushing thoughts in my mind; help me to be still and silent so I can hear Your voice in the quiet. Guide my choices and grant me peace. Thank you Lord for your healing grace in my life, in Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
