The Quill and Me—Devotional Blog•Oswald Chambers Reflections   Today's Devotional • Back to Home Page Aug 9 Today's Reading: My Utmost for His Highest John 11:41 "Jesus lifted up His eyes and said, 'Father, I thank You that You have heard me' " A Supernaturally Divine Transformation God always hears the prayers of His Son, and if the Son of God has been formed in us, then God will always hear our prayers.  But we must make sure that the Son of God is being given the chance to work through us, pray through us, and exhibit his life through our lives.  Our God-given common sense and natural abilities are not enough; they alone will never worship God. We must be in submission to Him in order for our human flesh to be transformed and the Son of God allowed to live His life moment to moment within our human flesh.  We must be in constant prayer and submission to the Holy Spirit for the miracle of His life being exhibited in us to occur.  Christ's life being exhi...
