Scripture teaches that salvation and sanctification belong to God alone (Ephesians 2:8–9; Philippians 1:6). Our work is not to save souls, but to walk with those He has saved, helping them grow in Christ and yield their lives to Him. Scripture tells us that our hope “maketh not ashamed”—it will not collapse under the weight of life, and it will not leave us standing empty‑handed. Why?
